Island Peak Climbing Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in kathmandu 1334m, Himalaya Journey Treks & Expedition’s representative will transfer to hotel , Island peak climbing / Imja Tse peak climbing briefing with officially arrangements. overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2830m)and trek to Phakding (2630m)
Day 03: Terk to Namche Bazaar(3340)
Day 04: Namche Bazaar acclimatization day.( During the day , you can hike to Thame for beautiful Himalayan views, wild animals and Tibetan Monastery or hike to Everest view hotel for superb views of Mt. Everest( 8848m) , Mt.Lhotse, (8516n) Mt. Nuptse, (7855m), Mt.Amadablam (6856m), Mt. Thamserku ( 6723m) , Mt. Kantega (6979m), Mt. Kusum Khangaru ( 6367m) , Mt.Kongde (6011m), Mt. Tawache peak ( 6367 m) , Mt. Cholaste (6335m) ,island peak (6179m), Khumbila (God of Khumbu) 5761m etc , overnight at Namche Bazaar.
Day 05: Namche Bazaar trek to Phortse village (3890m).
Day 06: Phortse village trek to Pheriche (4250mm).
Day 07: Pheriche trek to Lobuche (4900m).
Day 08: Lobuche trek to Gorak shep(5180m),Lunch at Gorakshep than Himalaya Journey Treks & Expedition's trekking guide will take to you Everest base camp 5400m, after khumbu Ice fall and Khumbu glaciers view back to Gorakshep overnight at Gorakshep.
Day 09: Gorakshep early in the morning HJT trekking guide will take to you kala pattar (5545m) for superb Himalayan views including the Mt. Everest 8848m, Mt Lhotse 8516m, Mt. Nuptse 7855m, Mt. Pumori 7161m, Mt. Changaste 7550m, Mt.Lingterin 6679m, Mt. Amadablam 6856m, Mt. Thamserku 6723m, Mt. Kantega 6685m, Mt.Kusum Khagaru 6367m,Mt.Kongde 6011m,Mt. Khumbila 5761m(God of the Khumbu),Mt.Twache peak 6367m, Mt. Cholaste 6335m ,Island peak 6179m, Lobuche peak 6145m,Pokalde peak 5806m, Honku south peak 6119m and lunch at Lobuche and overnight at Dingboche (4345m)
Day 10: Dingboche trek to Chhukung (4750m). Lunch at chhukung than HJT trekking guide will take to you Chhukung Ri 5500m for superb Himalayan views including the Mt. Everest 8848m, Mt Lhotse 8516m, Mt. Nuptse 7855m, Mt. Amadablam 6856m, Mt. Thamserku 6723m, Mt. Kantega 6685m, Mt.Kusum Khagaru 6367m,Mt.Kongde 6011m,Mt. Khumbila 5761m(God of the Khumbu),Mt.Twache peak 6367m, Mt. Cholaste 6335m ,Island peak 6179m, Lobuche peak 6145m,Pokalde peak 5806m, Honku south peak 6119m etc, back to Chhuking and overnight at Chhukung (4750m)
Day 11: Chhukung trek to Island Peak Base Camp(4967m) HJT climbing guide will teach you how to fixed the rope , some climbing tipps than make trainning near by island peak base camp. overnight at island peak base camp.
Day 12: Next morning , our climbing guide will take to you, slowly climbing to the camp first on Island Peak. You have all day to reach that intermediate camp. Do not expect the luxury of the base camp, but rather expect a sleepless night dreaming of your first 6,179 m peak. overland isaland peak high camp 5600m.
Day 13: Early morning, start going to the top. After camp 1, go up in the gully, traverse to the right, up on a wide stone field, cross the ridge to the glacier. Always beware of the crevasses. You are nearly halfway. Have a good trip to the top and safely down. The same day back to Chukung.
Day 14: Chhukung trek to Tyangboche (3890m)
Day 15: Tyangboche trek to Namche bazaar.
Day 16: Namche bazaar trek to Lukla.
Day 17: Lukla by flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel.
Day 18: After breakfast, our tour guide will take to for historical monuments sightseing in kathmandu valley such as Bhaktapur, Pasupatinath, Boudhhanath, Kathmandu durbar square and Monkey temple(swyambhunath) and in the evening farewell dinner in Restaurant, overnight at Kathmandu in Hotel.
Day 19: BAfter breakfast, Relaxing/shopping with own activities ,Himalaya Journey Treks & Expedition’s representative will drop to Kathmandu international airport for onward destination.
